He attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree and then Rocky Vista University in Parker Colorado for osteopathic medical school. He joined the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program and completed an internship in Biloxi, Mississippi and then 2 years as a flight doctor for the Air Force in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Following his tour as a flight doctor, he completed anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas in Kansas City and then a pain management fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. After fellowship, he completed his Air Force commitment by spending two years in northern California at Travis Air Force Base practicing pain management and anesthesia. <\/p>\nDr. Jacobs joined California Pain Specialists after his time in the Air Force. He has been very effective and successful at using the methods of non-opioid medication management and interventional injections in the treatment of patients with chronic pain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>
